PaperSave Software Support Engineer

Summary:

The PaperSave Consultant is responsible for health and overall success for the delivery of software implementation, training and consulting projects. The position’s responsibilities include but are not limited to the following general requirements:

  • Business Process Design & Training for New Clients for PaperSave Software Implementation
  • Overall Management of the Implementation Project
  • Detailed Activity Tracking within our Customer Relationship Management System
  • Ability to provide Superior Customer Service

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS or Computer Science. Accounting degree or experience a plus.
  • Confident, self starter with superior organization skills and attention to detail
  • 3- 5+ years project management, consulting services or software support
  • Understanding of accounting and business process with small to mid-size organizations
  • Technology Savvy (Microsoft SQL, SharePoint, workflow experience a plus)
  • Experience with ERP and/or Not for Profit software – Microsoft Dynamics and/or Blackbaud Financial Edge or Raiser’s Edge Software solutions a plus
  • Excellent Customer Service, Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • § 25-50% Travel
